For new macOS devices configured with Swif ADE (Automated device enrollment), you can hide some setup screens from the device user to save time setting up a new device. Here are the Apple Docs for Manage Setup Assistant and Apple Docs for Skip keys if you want to learn more.
You can navigate to Settings > General > Device Enrollment Configuration.
Here is the list of screens you can hide from device users:
"App Analytics"
"Appearance"
"Apple ID"
"Data and privacy"
"Location Services"
"Screen Time"
"Set Up as New or Restore"
"Siri"
"Terms and conditions"
"Touch ID or Face ID"
