Swif allows organization administrators to assign Super Admin permissions to team admin users. This feature enables enhanced management and control within your organization, ensuring flexibility in administrative roles.
What Is a Super Admin?
A Super Admin in Swif has elevated privileges at the organization level, in addition to their team admin permissions. This role allows them to oversee and manage the organization settings while still participating in specific team-level administration.
Key Points:
Super Admins can coexist with team admins.
A user can simultaneously be a team admin and an organization Super Admin.
Example Scenario
To illustrate how this feature works, let’s take the following example:
Organization Creation:
Vector created an organization named Penguin Inc.
Vector automatically becomes the default Org Super Admin for Penguin Inc. and is also assigned as the first team admin.
Adding Team Admins:
Vector adds ZY as a team admin for one of the teams within Penguin Inc.
Granting Super Admin Permissions:
Vector grants ZY Super Admin permissions. ZY now has both team admin and Super Admin roles.
As a Super Admin, ZY can now oversee the entire organization’s settings while continuing his role as a team admin.

Users can function as both team admins and Super Admins, ensuring smooth coordination between team and organizational management.
Scalability:
Larger organizations can distribute administrative responsibilities effectively across multiple Super Admins.
