How to Track Device Warranty and Expiry Date on Swifteam

Swifteam understands the importance of managing the warranty and expiry date of your company's devices. With our platform, you can easily track the warranty status and expiry date of your devices, ensuring that you are always prepared for any hardware issues or needed upgrades. In this article, we will guide you through the process of tracking device warranty and expiry dates on Swifteam.

Tracking Device Warranty and Expiry Date:

  1. Log in to your Swifteam account and Go to the Devices section.

  2. Locate the device and click the menu Warranty Coverage to check the warranty and expiry date.

  3. For macOS, we provide a link for you to track the warranty from the Apple website. Note we could not find a way to track the warranty information automatically. So the warranty information is user manually entered.

  4. Update the warranty and expiry date.
    If you need to update the warranty information or expiry date for any reason, you can do so by clicking the "Edit" (pencil) button on the top right. Make the necessary changes and click "Save" to update the information.

  5. You can filter devices by warranty expiry date.
