When Windows device info is missing even though the device is enrolled and online

This might be caused by the missing system paths. Here are the steps to solve it.

Open the Start menu and search "system environment"

Click on environment variables

Double click on Path

And add "C:\Windows\System32\Wbem" and then click OK
