Where to Find Relocation Shipment Orders
Log In to Swif
Log in to your Swif Admin account.Navigate to the Store
On the left-hand menu, select the Store tab.Access Order History
Under the Store, click on Order History.Locate Relocation Shipments
In the Order History section, find and select the Relocation Shipments tab.
Here, you’ll see a list of all shipment orders related to device relocations, including their current status.
Information Available in the Relocation Shipments Tab
Order Details: A summary of the shipment request, including the device being shipped.
Shipment Status: Real-time updates on the status of the shipment (e.g., "In Transit," "Delivered").
Tracking Information: Shipment tracking numbers and courier details (if applicable).
