How to add your first employee

There are two ways to add employees in Swif:

Option A (recommended): Connect your HRIS

Option B: Add employees manually

If you connected an HRIS:

1) Go to Employee Manager β†’ All Employees.

2) Click Sync HRIS.

3) Click Connect New HRIS.

4) Choose your provider (Google Workspace, Azure, etc.) and complete authentication.

5) Choose your import scope:

- Full import (entire company)

- Select individual employees (recommended for a pilot)

Tip: start with a small subset first to validate fields and roles, then expand.
