How to connect a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

Swif.ai can sync employee data from supported HRIS providers.

In the Swif Admin Console:

1) Go to Employee Manager → All Employees.

2) Click Connect HRIS.

3) Click Connect New HRIS.

4) Choose your provider:

- Google Workspace

- Azure AD

- Deel

- Others (for providers like Gusto, BambooHR, etc.): Select Others for HRIS providers that connect through Finch.

5) Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate with your HRIS provider.

6) When the connection is complete, click Finish Setup to return to the HRIS connection page.

7) Choose your sync scope:

- Full import (sync all employees)

- Limited import (sync a subset)

Tip: Start with a limited import to validate the field mapping and employee list, then switch to full import when you’re ready.
