How to relocate a company device

Relocate company devices using the following steps.

1) In the Swif Admin Console, go to Devices > Inventory.

2) Find the device, click the three dots (...), and select Relocate.

3) Choose the destination (where the device should end up), then click Continue.

4) Select the pickup/retrieval location and shipping details, then click Continue.

5) Review the relocation details. If you need to make changes, click Back. When everything looks correct, click Finish to create the relocation.

What happens next: Swif will track the relocation status in your inventory. If you enabled shipping workflows, you’ll see shipping labels/tracking as the shipment progresses.
