Swif supports integrations with common GRC/compliance tools (e.g., Drata, Vanta) and directory/access management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack). Use the steps below to connect an integration to your Swif account.
Before you start:
- Make sure you have admin access in the third-party app.
- You may need a Domain Prefix and/or an API token depending on the integration.
1) In the Swif Admin Console, go to Settings > Integrations to see available integrations and any apps already connected.
2) Select the integration you want to add, then click Connect.
3) Enter the required fields (for example: Domain Prefix and API token). If you’re not sure what a field means, click What's this? for help. Then click Continue.
4) Once the connection succeeds, the app will show as Connected in your Integrations list.
Troubleshooting: If the connection fails, double-check that your token has the required permissions and that your Domain Prefix matches the app’s expected format. Then retry Connect.
