Adding a new accessory

Use this guide to add a physical accessory (for example: keyboard, monitor, dongle) into Swif inventory so it can be assigned and tracked like other assets.

1) In the Swif Admin Console, go to Devices from the left navigation > Click Inventory > Add devices (top left) > Select Accessory.

2) Select the Manual Form to enter the accessory details (name/type/model) or CSV upload

3) Assign the accessory to an employee (optional).

4) (Optional) Click Add to add another accessory.

5) Click Save to finish.

What happens next: The accessory will appear in Inventory. You can reassign it later or update details from the accessory record.
