Overview

The Swif Company Dashboard serves as the centralized telemetry hub for organizational device posture, compliance orchestration, and security analytics. It provides IT administrators and security engineers with real-time visibility into fleet health, risk exposure, and application governance through a unified interface.


1. Accessing the Dashboard

To access the organizational overview, authenticate via the Swif Admin Console and utilize the following navigation paths:

  • Company Dashboard: Main Menu > Dashboard > Company Dashboard

  • Shadow IT Insights: Main Menu > Shadow IT > Insights Dashboard


2. Device Posture & Inventory Metrics

The dashboard aggregates endpoint data to provide a comprehensive inventory of enrolled assets. Key metrics include:

  • Enrollment Totals: Aggregate count of all managed endpoints across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.

  • Connectivity Status: Real-time distribution of online versus offline devices.

  • OS Distribution: Categorization of the fleet by operating system and specific versioning (e.g., macOS 14.x, Windows 11 23H2).

  • Health Telemetry: Identification of coverage gaps and hardware health indicators.


3. Compliance & Security Analytics

Swif utilizes structured data visualizations to track adherence to security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.

  • Compliance Distribution (Donut Chart): A high-level visualization of compliant versus non-compliant devices, segmentable by OS family.

  • Control Completion (Stacked Bar Chart): Tracks the implementation status of specific security controls (e.g., Disk Encryption, Firewall, Screen Lock) across the organization.

  • Top Compliance Gaps (Horizontal Stacked Bar): Identifies the five controls with the highest failure rates. Each bar represents a control name and displays segments for:

    • Compliant

    • Partially Compliant

    • Non-Compliant

    • Unknown / No Data

  • Trend Analysis (Area Chart): A temporal view comparing Devices Added against Compliant Status to ensure security scaling matches fleet growth.


4. Advanced Fleet Protection: The Security Page

For deep-dive remediation and real-time threat monitoring, Swif has introduced a consolidated Security page. This interface integrates critical security tools into a single workflow, replacing legacy views with enhanced capabilities.

  • Vulnerability Detection: Real-time monitoring of CVEs with AI-powered remediation suggestions.

  • Security Configuration Assessment (SCA): Automated benchmarking against CIS, NIST, and PCI-DSS with direct terminal command generation via Swif IQ.

  • File Integrity Monitoring (FIM): Forensic tracking of system file and registry modifications.

  • Threat Detection & MITRE ATT&CK: Visualization of security events against adversary tactics using a MITRE ATT&CK Heatmap.

5. Shadow IT & LLM Governance

The Shadow IT Insights Dashboard provides deep-packet visibility into unsanctioned application usage and SaaS sprawl.

  • Application Risk Classification: Automated risk scoring of detected applications based on data residency and security profiles.

  • SaaS Usage Trends: Identification of high-risk services and unauthorized data egress points.

  • LLM Usage Widgets: Specialized telemetry for Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). These widgets monitor:

    • AI service access frequency across managed endpoints.

    • Adoption trends to inform AI governance policies.

    • Regulatory alignment with NIS2 and ISO 27001 standards.
