How to View Your Company Dashboard

The Company Dashboard in Swif provides a centralized overview of your organization’s device posture, compliance status, and security insights.

It gives IT and security teams real-time visibility into device health, risk exposure, and usage trends — all in one place.


📊 Accessing the Company Dashboard

To view your dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Swif Admin Console.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Company Dashboard.

You will see high-level metrics and interactive widgets summarizing your environment.


🔍 What You Can See on the Dashboard

The Company Dashboard includes multiple widgets designed to provide actionable insights at a glance.


🖥 Device Overview

  • Total enrolled devices

  • Online vs offline status

  • Devices by operating system

  • Device compliance status

  • OS version distribution

These metrics help you quickly identify fleet health and coverage gaps.


🛡 Compliance & Security Status

  • Compliant Status [Donut chart]

  • Compliant Devices by OS [Donut chart]

    • Donut chart grouped by OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, iPadOS, Android as applicable).

  • Completion Status by Control Type [Bar Chart – Stacked + Legend]

    • Implement a stacked bar chart grouped by control type.

  • Top Compliance Gaps [NEW – Horizontal stacked bar chart]

    • Horizontal stacked bar chart showing five controls with the highest number of non‑compliant devices.

    • Each bar:

      • Label: control name (and optional framework tag if in design).

      • Segments: Compliant / Partially compliant / Not compliant / Unknown or No data.

  • Device Added vs Compliant Status [Area Chart – Legend]

    • Area chart with at least two series:

      • Devices added over time.

      • Compliant devices over time.

This section helps ensure your organization remains audit-ready.


🕵️ Shadow IT Insights Dashboard (New)

Swif now includes a dedicated Shadow IT Insights Dashboard, providing deeper visibility into application usage across your organization.

This dashboard highlights:

  • Detected unsanctioned applications

  • Application risk classifications

  • SaaS usage trends

  • High-risk services in use

To view your dashboard:

  1. Log in to the Swif Admin Console.

  2. Navigate to Shadow IT from the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Insights Dashboard.

These insights allow security teams to identify potential data exposure risks and enforce better governance over SaaS adoption.

🤖 LLM Usage Widgets (New)

As part of the Shadow IT expansion, Swif now includes LLM (Large Language Model) Usage Widgets on the Shadow IT dashboard.

These widgets provide:

  • Visibility into AI tool usage (e.g., generative AI platforms)

  • Identification of AI services accessed across devices

  • Usage trends for LLM-related applications

  • Risk context around AI adoption

This is especially useful for organizations managing:

  • Data privacy concerns

  • AI governance policies
