Let's first explore how to generate a report filtered by application

Step 1: Choose the by application filter.

Step 2: In the table, you will find the application logo, name, description, number of active accounts, and access type.

Pay attention to the access type column, as it determines whether you need to take additional steps for integration. For automated integration, you can add your employees to the application directly through the integration tab. For manual or custom access types, you will also need to add your employees directly in the respective product.

Now, let's proceed to generating the actual report. Suppose you want a report on employee accesses for HubSpot and Google Workspace. Simply select these two products.

Click on the desired product → Select the relevant employees on the left side and click on download CSV. This report will provide a more summarized view.

To deactivate individual users, click on the deactivate button in their respective rows. For deactivating multiple users, select the checkboxes and click on deactivate button at the top.

Now, let's see how to generate a report filtered by user

Step 1: If you prefer to generate reports filtered by user, go to the by user tab.

Step 2: Choose the users for whom you want to generate reports.
