Integrate with Asana
Updated over a week ago

Asana empowers your teams’ work, and Swif empowers you – accelerating your productivity regarding onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day management of employees and their devices. The purpose of Asana integration is to

  • Automatically create new accounts.

  • Suspend accounts and restrict access.

To connect, you can follow these steps to set up the integration with Asana:

  1. Click the Asana logo to view the detailed integration

  2. Click "Connect" to start the integration

  3. Enter your Asana account with account permission on the Asana auth page

  4. After the authentication, you will be redirected to Swif to finish the connection.

  5. Once the integration is connected, we will be able to manage Slack account access for your employees

To disconnect, you can follow these steps to disconnect the Asana app:

  1. Find the Asana integration

  2. Click "Disconnect" to disable the integration.

Now you are ready to manage employee access, you can click Manage employee access on an employee record.

Or manage it at the onboarding flow.

You can also generate the access report. For more details on generating access reports, please see https://help.swif.ai/en/articles/8038940-how-to-get-reports-on-employee-application-access.
