Steps to Allowlist a File in Coro Endpoint Security
Navigate to the Control Panel
Access the Coro management interface and log in with your administrator credentials.
Go to Endpoint Security
In the Control Panel, locate the section labeled Endpoint Security. This is where you manage security settings for endpoints protected by Coro.
Find the Detection and Allowlist the File
Review the recent detections or flagged items.
Locate the specific file or folder that was incorrectly flagged.
Add the file or folder to the allowlist (sometimes called an "exclusion list") to ensure it is not blocked or flagged in the future.
