How Plan Eligibility Is Determined

At a high level, eligibility is based on your organization’s usage profile and requirements, such as:

  • Feature needs: Access to advanced automation, integrations, security, or reporting.

  • Team size: The number of users you manage within Swif.

  • Support and compliance: Requirements for SLAs, auditability, and enterprise controls.

How Per‑User Pricing Is Calculated

Your monthly or annual charge is based on the number of billable users in your workspace.

  • Billable users are counted as employees whose status is ACTIVE or ONBOARDING at the time of billing.

  • The per‑user rate depends on your selected plan (e.g., Lite, Basic, Growth, Enterprise).

  • As team members move between statuses, your billable user count may change accordingly.

Example: If you have 42 employees with status ACTIVE and 3 with status ONBOARDING, your bill reflects 45 billable users for that period.

FAQs

  • How does Swif determine the number of billable users?
We count employees with status ACTIVE or ONBOARDING. This total is multiplied by your plan’s per‑user rate.

  • Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can change plans from Settings → Plans. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless otherwise shown during checkout.

  • What happens if my team size changes mid‑cycle?
Your billable user count updates based on current ACTIVE and ONBOARDING statuses. Adjustments are reflected according to your billing terms (monthly or annual).

  • Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
Yes. Annual billing and volume‑based pricing are available on select plans. Contact our team from Settings → Plans to discuss options.

  • How do I view invoices and payment history?
Go to Settings → Billing to access invoices, payment methods, and history.
