How Per‑User Pricing Is Calculated
Your monthly or annual charge is based on the number of billable users in your workspace.
Billable users are counted as employees whose status is ACTIVE or ONBOARDING at the time of billing.
The per‑user rate depends on your selected plan (e.g., Lite, Basic, Growth, Enterprise).
As team members move between statuses, your billable user count may change accordingly.
Example: If you have 42 employees with status ACTIVE and 3 with status ONBOARDING, your bill reflects 45 billable users for that period.
